Fugly is a
Bollywood drama film produced by Akshay Kumar released on 13 June 2014. The
film stars Jimmy Shergill and four debutants including Mohit Marwah, Arfi
Lamba, Vijender Singh, Arfi Lamba and Kiara Advani. The film is a social
thriller with a strong message. Jimmy Shergill is an Indian actor and film
producer. He works in many Hindi and Punjabi films. Mohabbatein, Mere Yaar Ki
Shaadi hai, Muna Bahi, Lage Raho Munnabhai, A Wednesday, My Name is Khan, Tanu
Weds Manu, Special 26 and Bullet Raja are some popular film by him. Remaining
cost are all newcomers including Vijender Singh, who is an Indian Olympic
boxer.
The story of this film revolves around the life of four
youngsters. Dev, who organizes adventurous tours, Gaurav, a boxer whose father,
is a politician, Aditya and Huggu in most sensible and reasonable one. When
Devi is harassed by a shopkeeper, the group kidnaps the shopkeeper. Gaurav and
his father cannot get the group out of trouble because they were under the
custody of a corrupt policeman. He kills the shopkeeper and demands a lot of
money from the group to release them from this case. They arranged the money
and get rid of this blackmailing. From this incident they learnt a lot which
will helpful in their remaining lives.
In last couple of years many newcomer did debut in Indian
